Talent Bridge is hiring two experienced HVAC Service Technicians to support residential and light commercial service operations. The technicians will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC and boiler systems while delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and boiler systems in residential and light commercial settings
Perform system inspections and testing to identify malfunctions and ensure compliance
Communicate with customers to explain issues and recommend solutions
Complete work orders accurately, documenting labor and materials used
Perform leak detection, system balancing, and equipment calibration
Install and adjust thermostats, humidistats, timers, and control components
Assemble, mount, and connect HVAC components according to specifications and blueprints
Fabricate and install ductwork, piping, and related components as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and industry standards
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Minimum 5 years of HVAC service and repair experience
High School Diploma or GED required
EPA Certification required
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across HVAC systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and mobile applications
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including climbing, crouching, and working in varied environments
