They are seeking an Analytics & Marketing Intern to assist in organizing and maintaining analytics data, providing insights, and supporting ad campaigns.

Responsibilities
Organize & Maintain Analytics Data
Pull and log key performance metrics from each platform
Update tracking spreadsheets with the latest monthly data
Prepare a simple monthly summary highlighting overall trends
Provide a short written update (bullet points) based on a quick review of platforms, noting:
Any noticeable changes in engagement, traffic, or growth
Anything that looks up, down, or unusual
Flag items that may need attention (no deep analysis required)
Available for a 1-hour meeting monthly
Come prepared with updated reports, insights, and notes
Ask questions and flag anything that needs direction
Async communication between meetings is expected, but not heavy
Set up and manage paid boosts for selected social media posts, tracking basic performance and providing regular updates
Pull performance data for LinkedIn Ads or other campaigns
Track spend, clicks, and traffic results (no strategy or campaign creation unless trained)
Qualification
Required
Comfortable pulling data from marketing platforms and dashboards
Basic understanding of marketing metrics (engagement, open rates, traffic, clicks)
Strong organization and attention to detail
Clear written communication
Confidence providing insights that inform leadership and decision support
Confident working independently in a virtual, flexible environment
Preferred
Experience with Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Sprout Social, or YouTube Studio
Basic SEO or paid ads awareness
Amazon KDP familiarity
Desirable Majors (not required): Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, Management, Information Systems, or related fields
