The Technician (PLC) is responsible for troubleshooting and upgrading existing equipment, performing hands-on installation support, and implementing machine control knowledge.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and upgrade existing equipment to new equipment design & Implementation
Perform hands-on installation support for new or modified production equipment
Implement machine control knowledge and understand classical control theory
Responsible to operate Fluke Meters, and other electronic test equipment
Elaborate electrical schematic drawings using AutoCad and Autocad electrical
SCADA developing knowledge: Ignition, Python and Labview
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience with direct PLC programming required
PLC Programming Experience Required
HMI development with RSview32, FT view & C-more panels
Hardware design experience with PCL/VFD wiring diagrams
Experience with Rockwell ControlLogix & Micrologix
Experience with Koyo PLC programming
Industrial network protocols knowledge with Ethernet I/P, DeviseNET, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP
Motion control Knowledge with servo, stepper, DC, AC drives
Serial communication knowledge with RS232 / 485
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
