Principal Technical Program Manager – Physical Security
Oracle is seeking a forward-thinking Technical Program Manager to drive our Physical Security initiatives. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of security infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Own the planning, design, and execution of complex, multi-phase physical security programs (including design, build, and construction)
Develop project requirements, work plans, schedules, and resource estimates; actively track and report on progress using established tools and methodologies
Navigate ambiguity to define clear program objectives, scope, and deliverables, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery
Prepare and present communications for executives and key stakeholders; create documentation, status reports, and briefing materials
Champion best practices for program management by leveraging tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and contract terms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, Security, or equivalent work experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification
Demonstrated experience managing the design, build, and construction phases of physical security projects (5+ years preferred)
Proven skills in program/project planning, tracking, and execution in dynamic environments
Comfort with ambiguity; ability to define and drive programs with evolving requirements
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences
Proficiency with program management and productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar)
Preferred
Experience working in a large, global enterprise
Familiarity with security technologies and physical access control systems
Experience managing third-party vendors and contractors

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
