Qualification
Required

Knowledge of motorcycles, particularly Harley-Davidson products, or a strong willingness to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time-management abilities to manage showroom responsibilities effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Familiarity with financing and insurance options
Previous sales experience, especially in the automotive or motorcycle industry
Passion for motorcycles and understanding of rider culture
Additional certifications in sales or customer service are beneficial
