You implement and optimize HubSpot across objects, pipelines, automation, properties, data flows, and reporting
You translate business requirements into clean, scalable CRM logic
You work closely with consultants to bring complete RevOps plans to life
You ensure data quality, proper handovers, and a setup that supports growth
You have fun, and you learn!
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
Strong understanding of CRM and commercial processes (Marketing, Sales, CS)
Ability to turn strategy into a workable HubSpot build without overcomplicating things
Clear communication and a consultancy mindset
English is required
Preferred
Dutch and French are a strong plus
