Talent Bridge is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews on commercial mechanical and HVAC construction projects. This role involves overseeing daily jobsite operations, supervising crew members, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently according to project schedules and quality standards.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise field crews performing installation and assembly of commercial HVAC and mechanical systems
Ensure daily productivity, workmanship quality, and adherence to project timelines
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints to direct work activities
Coordinate closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to manage workflow and resources
Enforce jobsite safety practices in accordance with OSHA and company standards
Monitor crew performance and address issues to prevent delays or rework
Maintain accurate records of labor hours, materials, and daily progress
Communicate clearly with crew members and site leadership to ensure alignment
Identify and resolve field-level challenges efficiently

Required

Minimum 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical construction
Strong understanding of field operations and labor management
Ability to read and interpret construction and mechanical drawings
Proven leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred

Hands-on field experience preferred; no formal education or certification required
