This role coordinates with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all phases of commercial construction projects
Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and scopes of work
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Monitor documentation for accuracy and timely communication
Conduct jobsite visits to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance
Identify and resolve project issues and risks
Ensure compliance with contracts, local codes, and company standards
Support project closeout and client handoff
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management or project engineering
Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office, MS Project, and plan review tools
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
