Responsibilities
Content development and maintenance on sales assets and digital learning modules
Support content development for radiant and heating initiatives
Ongoing development of distributor engagement content and tool training content
Deliver a demonstration of your findings and recommendations to a leadership panel near the end of your internship
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in: Learning & Development, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Must be an incoming Junior or Senior in a degreed program
Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently
Curiosity, coachability and a willingness to engage
Strong project management skills
Interest in pursuing Learning & Development or Sales Enablement as a profession
Proficient in Microsoft office
This internship is a full-time, hybrid position requiring in office work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Program runs from 6/1/26- 8/7/26. Applicants must be available for this time frame
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Showpad, and LMS is a plus
