Responsibilities
Assist pipelayers and utility crews with daily construction tasks
Prepare materials and tools, including handling pipes, cement, and other construction supplies
Support equipment operation and ensure safe material handling
Maintain clean and organized work sites
Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with diverse team members
Support traffic management and safety protocols around work zones
Document tasks and maintain site records as required
Qualification
Required
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing project needs
Basic math skills for material handling and inventory tracking
Reliable transportation to project sites
Preferred
2+ years experience in general or utility construction
Confined Space or Excavation/Trenching certifications
