GTM Recruiter - Planhat
Planhat is a rapidly scaling company looking for a GTM Recruiter to support its growth by attracting and hiring exceptional talent across commercial and operations roles. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, optimize sourcing programs, and enhance the recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for commercial and ops roles across Americas — sometimes leading the process, sometimes acting as a sounding board
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and translate that into talent requirements
Build and optimize sourcing programs — leveraging traditional channels as well as areas we have never thought of before
Find not just good candidates, but people who can accelerate Planhat’s trajectory
Bring structure, data, and precision to how we recruit — and help elevate the experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike
Qualification
Required
Own end-to-end recruitment for commercial and ops roles across Americas
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and translate that into talent requirements
Build and optimize sourcing programs
Find not just good candidates, but people who can accelerate Planhat's trajectory
Bring structure, data, and precision to how we recruit
Collaborative with a strong intrinsic drive
Curious and analytical, with an 'always improve' mindset
Tech savvy
Business minded: You can translate business requirements into talent needs
Equipped with a strong judgement
An experienced recruiter, minimum 3-5 years of experience from similar roles, ideally from high growth Saas companies
Comfortable with change and a problem solver
Work in-office 5 days/week
Preferred
If you have built, led and hired GTM teams in the past this is considered a strong plus
Perhaps you are a former Sales leader who would like to spend more time on helping others build their teams
