Responsibilities
Perform general accounting and auditing activities including accounts receivable and accounts payable
Handle daily accounting activities that occur at a manufacturing facility including month-end closing processes, month-end reconciliation, etc
Work on special project assignments such as special analysis, SOX testing internal controls and internal audit testing to meet corporate and SOX compliance requirements
Assist with travel and expense report auditing
Qualification
Required
Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited college/university
Ideally you will be pursuing degree in Accounting or Finance; others may apply
Graduation date of Spring 2027 or later
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly
Available to work during the summer semester 30-40 hours/weekly
Must be able to commute to work location in Fargo, North Dakota, on a daily basis year-round
Preferred
Experience working with spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel
Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and within a team
