Play a key role in building and structuring the Transmission Line group
Influence technical direction, standards, and execution
Mentor and develop talent as the organization grows
Contribute to a long-term strategy in one of the fastest-growing transmission markets in the U.S
Qualification
Required
Strong technical expertise in Transmission Lines, including design, analysis, and maintenance
Proficiency in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting for electrical engineering systems
Excellent Communication and Networking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and solve complex technical challenges
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field required
Preferred
Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain within a designated timeline is highly preferred
Familiarity with industry regulations, design tools, and software is a plus
Experience in the energy or utility sector is advantageous
