Responsibilities

Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft Hyper-V Server and Active Directory environments

Administer Microsoft 365, including Azure AD, Intune, and hybrid setups

Implement and monitor MSP security solutions (Huntress, NinjaOne RMM)

Document technical work and follow best practices for security and reliability

Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding client support

Networking skills with Meraki & Ubiquiti is a plus but not required

Required

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Extensive experience with Microsoft servers and Microsoft 365

Willingness to learn new systems and stay current with technology trends
