IT Helpdesk Officer
Sani/Ikos Group is seeking an IT Helpdesk Officer to support the performance optimization and smooth operation of IT systems. The role involves responding to service requests, providing first-line support, and ensuring high-quality customer service for both guests and internal users.

Responsibilities
To gather information technology and computer systems to support performance optimization, availability, and smooth operation of users
To respond to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfil requests or enable resolution, providing first-line investigation and diagnosis, and promptly allocating unresolved issues as appropriate
To assist with the development standards, and apply these to track, monitor, report, resolve, or escalate issues; contribute to the creation of support documentation
To deliver high-quality support, owning support requests and managing them to a successful outcome for the customer, while maintaining an enthusiastic and professional manner
To efficiently communicate information to optimize hotel procedures, follow company procedures and standards, and provide advice to users on systems, products, and services available to them
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role
Degree in Information technology
MS Office 365, MS Teams (Essential), Windows 10, Windows Server (Essential), Mobile OS, WiFi
Advanced English is required
Preferred
Experience in ticketing Software and knowledge of hospitality software and business
Certification and previous experience in Networking
Experience in virtualization technologies
