Start each day at our Honolulu location and complete assigned routes
Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience
Assess jobs and provide clear, on-the-spot price estimates
Lead pricing conversations and close sales
Safely remove and transport items from homes and businesses
Load trucks efficiently and responsibly
Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity

Qualification

Sales experienceCustomer servicePhysical capabilityCoachableMotivated by performanceReliable

Required

Love getting paid to workout. Be able to lift 50+lbs repeatedly
Valid driver's license
A reasonably clean driving record for the last 3 years
21+ (required for insurance)
Reliable, coachable, and motivated by performance-based pay
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

Preferred

Customer service or sales experience considered an asset
Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus
