Responsibilities
Lead and deliver technical or software due diligence engagements for PE, VC, and growth investors
Act as a trusted advisor to investment teams, advisors, and portfolio company leadership
Proactively contribute to deal flow by bringing relevant acquisition and diligence opportunities through existing relationships
Leverage an established network of PE, VC, and technology investors to build and expand long-term partnerships
Develop new opportunities by combining credibility, insight, and CodeDD’s differentiated technology
Translate complex technical findings into clear, investment-relevant insights that resonate with ICs
Work closely with an AI-driven product team to continuously improve how diligence is delivered
Help shape CodeDD’s go-to-market strategy, delivery model, and regional expansion
Grow into a senior leadership role covering sales, delivery, or both
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in technical or software due diligence, technology advisory, or related roles
Direct experience working with PE, VC, growth equity, or specialist technology investors
An existing network of PE, VC, and technology investors, built on trust and delivery credibility
Hands-on delivery experience, not just project oversight, with a clear understanding of what matters to an investment committee
Strong relationship-building skills with a long-term, partner mindset
Entrepreneurial and self-directed, comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
Curious, hungry to learn, and motivated to grow with the business
Comfortable operating across technical, commercial, and strategic discussions
