Required

Proficiency in handling immigration-related legal matters, including O-1 visas and expertise in Immigration Policy
Strong knowledge of Immigration Law and Global Immigration practices
Experience advising clients on visas and other immigration-related issues
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability to tailor communication to variety of different audiences with varying degrees of legalese
Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Familiarity with O-1 visa filing procedures and requirements is highly advantageous
Have JD Degree and actively seeking employment at law firm or candidate to receive JD degree
2-3 years of total legal work experience including: in-house legal work at a reputable publicly listed company, law clerk w case experience at a law firm, exposure or direct experience obtaining employment visas for foreign born candidates
Proficient in written and verbal Mandarin
Undergraduate minimum GPA of 3.3 and SAT of 2000+

Preferred

Ivy league education preferred (E-certificate holder, undergrad, masters, JD)
