Part-Time Administrative Assistant
NexYear LLC is a premium strategic gifting company working with founders, executives, and high-end teams. They are seeking a reliable part-time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, coordination, and execution, with responsibilities that include administrative support, order tracking, and client document preparation.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Administrative support and inbox management
Tracking orders, invoices, and client details
Coordinating vendors, shipments, and deliveries
Light research and data organization
Preparing client documents, presentations, and portals
Creating simple visual assets (Canva) when needed
Using AI tools (ChatGPT / LLMs) to assist with drafting, organizing, and ideation
Occasional in-person support (packing, pickups, coordination)
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of administrative, operations, or assistant experience
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
Strong written communication
Comfortable with Google Workspace and spreadsheets
Working knowledge of Canva
Familiarity with AI tools / LLMs for productivity and content support
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
