In this entry-level role, you’ll support day-to-day execution of client campaigns across PR, social media, influencer marketing, digital campaigns, and content development while collaborating closely with internal team members.

Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day account tasks across PR, social, influencer, and digital initiatives
Support internal teams in organizing deliverables, maintaining project timelines, and preparing client-facing documents
Help monitor client campaigns and gather insights for reporting
Writing a variety of content including but not limited to blog posts, press releases, pitches, and case studies
Assist in researching and identifying relevant media outlets and influencers
Creating and managing media lists for multiple industries
Actively monitor media outlets, podcasts, blogs, websites, and other platforms for coverage of client accounts
Researching new opportunities for select clients and maintaining editorial calendars
Assist with content planning, community management, and drafting social copy
Support influencer outreach: researching creators, drafting outreach messages, tracking deliverables, and compiling results
Assist in recommending creative assets and coordinating with vendors such as content creators, photographers, or designers to support campaign deliverables
Assist in collecting assets, organizing links, tracking live ads or content, and compiling campaign data for internal review
Help review campaign elements for accuracy and completeness before launch
Pull basic performance metrics and assist in compiling campaign reporting
Completing various research projects, as assigned
Developing creative and critical thinking capabilities
Assisting with client strategy planning
Qualification
Required
0-1 years of public relations, communications, marketing or related experience (agency preferred)
BA or BS in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field
Strong work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Dedication to learning and continuous growth
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
Must live in New Jersey with ability to drive to our Tinton Falls, NJ office from time to time
