Sales Executive Associate
Consolidated Human Resources - CHR is seeking a Sales Executive Associate to drive new business development through proactive outreach and manage the complete sales cycle. The role combines strategic sales activities with administrative support functions to ensure seamless client acquisition and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities
Conduct proactive cold calling campaigns to identify and engage prospective clients in need of comprehensive HR solutions
Qualify leads and assess organizational needs to determine appropriate service offerings
Present CHR's full range of HR services including payroll, benefits administration, compliance support, and HR consulting
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to prospect's specific business challenges
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and relationship nurturing
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new client acquisition
Network and identify referral sources to generate additional business opportunities
Prepare and process sales proposals, service agreements, and client contracts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM system documenting all prospect interactions and sales activities
Coordinate internal resources to support the sales process including service demonstrations and technical consultations
Facilitate smooth handoff to implementation team upon contract execution
Generate regular sales activity reports and pipeline forecasts
Support client onboarding documentation and administrative requirements
Maintain sales collateral, presentations, and proposal templates
Serve as primary point of contact for prospects throughout the sales process
Conduct needs assessments to understand client pain points and business objectives
Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Build long-term relationships that support future business growth and referrals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services or HR/payroll services
Strong understanding of the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) model and how it differs from ASO solutions
Demonstrated success in cold calling and prospecting
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle and consultative selling approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred
Experience selling HR, payroll, or business services solutions
Knowledge of HR functions, employment law compliance, or benefits administration
Existing professional network in target industries
Experience with administrative sales support functions
