The role involves hunting for new merchants, building partner relationships, and driving sales in the merchant services ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Hunt and sign new merchants
Focus on niches like: DTC brands, nutraceuticals, supplements, health & beauty, subscription businesses, gaming, digital goods, affiliate marketing, ISV and SaaS partners
Generate 8–10 discovery meetings/month
Run discovery, present tailored solutions, and CLOSE!
Demo LPT capabilities: multi-currency, dynamic routing, fraud tools, chargeback reduction, subscriptions, NIL/donations
Perform competitive statement analysis (show real savings, not fluff)
Support the collection of underwriting docs and shepherd approvals
Work with our ops team on technical + onboarding needs
Maintain clean CRM activity and pipeline metrics
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in merchant services, payments, PayFac, ISO/agent, or card processing sales
Proven hunting experience — demonstrated ability to self-generate pipeline
Track record of closing merchant or new partner deals
Ability to read and analyze merchant statements at a basic level
Comfortable selling to CFOs, founders, controllers, and eCommerce leaders
Strong communication skills
Contractor mindset — self-starter, accountable, operates without daily supervision
Access to basic tools: laptop, Zoom/Teams, CRM or tracking habit, and high-speed internet
Preferred
Existing network in payments, ISOs, ISVs, agencies, or merchant communities
Experience selling high-risk or complex verticals (nutra, supplements, gaming, subscription, etc.)
Experience with multi-currency, cross-border, or global acquiring
Portfolio residual experience (already living on residuals and want more)
