Responsibilities

Validate and Advance the Complete Intelligence Layer: Refine and scale the core models that integrate real-time environmental, operational, social, and financial data into a unified view of system health. Evolve the feedback mechanisms that allow these domains to work together seamlessly
Develop and Validate Verifiable Value Metrics: Lead the refinement of algorithms that generate bankable, legally verifiable proof that an action has improved a system's long-term health and capacity. This creates a new asset class: Proofs of Regenerative Capacity
Lead Real-World Validation and Integration: Partner directly with our pioneering customers to test, refine, and prove these models using live data. Translate a proven framework into a robust, scalable system that works under real-world stress
Engineer and Validate the Value Distribution System: Refine algorithms that automatically identify which actions contribute to system balance and distribute rewards accordingly, creating a self-reinforcing cycle of value creation
Build and Lead a World-Class Validation Team: Mentor and guide a team of researchers and data scientists focused on real-world verification and system evolution. Collaborate closely with engineering, partnerships, and legal teams to ensure scientific innovation is practical, protectable, and deployable
