They are seeking a Residential Roofing Sales Manager to lead a team of outside sales representatives, ensuring performance meets industry standards while managing sales processes and customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Manage a team of 10+ outside sales representatives
Recruit, hire, onboard, and ramp new sales talent
Conduct ride-along and in-field coaching (local travel required and possible overnight travel as well)
Train, motivate, and hold the team accountable to KPIs and revenue targets
Ensure a best-in-class customer experience from initial consultation through signed contract
Partner with marketing and call center teams to maximize lead conversion
Utilize CRM systems, reporting tools, and performance data to track results and improve
Qualification
Required
10+ years of sales management experience
Proven success managing and scaling teams of 10+ sales reps
Expert-level understanding of one-call close sales processes
Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
High emotional intelligence with excellent people skills
Self-driven, disciplined, and accountable
Strong sales and customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Experience in residential roofing or related industries
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to climb on roofs
Expert-level smartphone and tablet proficiency
Strong CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT, budgeting, and reporting skills
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Preferred
Residential roofing experience strongly preferred OR experience in related industries such as: Solar, Windows, Exterior remodeling, One-day bath, Foundation repair, Similar high-ticket, one-call close environments
College degree preferred but not required
