Head of Delivery: GTM Engineering (part time)

The Revenue Architects is a GTM Engineering Studio that collaborates with Series B to pre-IPO companies to build innovative B2B software. They are seeking a Head of Delivery to oversee client delivery quality and ensure the execution of complex projects across multiple clients, focusing on operational excellence and clarity in project management.

Technology Information and Internet

Responsibilities

Own delivery timelines, milestones, and priorities across active clients
Translate strategic direction into clear execution plans
Track progress, unblock issues, escalate risks early
Ensure deliverables are documented and ready for handoff
Run weekly delivery cadences (internal + client-facing)
Maintain delivery systems (Notion/Linear/Slack)
Coordinate contractors and GTM engineers across workflows
Make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Prepare client updates, agendas, and summaries
Turn ambiguous requests into actionable next steps
Push back when scope or timelines drift
Own the "how" so the founder can focus on "what" and "why"
Review outputs for clarity, completeness, and correctness
Ensure clean handoffs (docs, fields, logic, instructions)
Flag when something needs another pass vs. is client-ready

Required

Senior RevOps Background
Sr. Manager+ level at a B2B SaaS company or top-tier consultancy
You've built and scaled GTM systems from scratch, not just inherited them
Deep understanding of data models, enrichment workflows, scoring logic, and automation architecture
Modern GTM Stack Fluency
Salesforce, HubSpot (conceptually, not necessarily hands-on config)
Modern GTM tools: Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Gong, Chorus, Clearbit, 6sense, etc
Experience with enrichment + AI-native GTM workflows
You understand how these tools connect and where they break
Delivery Excellence
Comfortable coordinating technical operators (GTM engineers, data, RevOps)
Exceptional written communication (this is critical)
Can prioritize under ambiguity and push back when needed
Async-first, remote delivery experience

Preferred

Delivery Lead / Engagement Manager at a SaaS, RevOps, or data consultancy
Senior RevOps / BizOps / GTM Ops operator running complex cross-functional projects at a high-growth company
Early employee at B2B SaaS (post-Series A) who owned execution across tools, teams, and customers
If founders and execs trust you with execution, you're probably the right profile
