Responsibilities
Set and execute the enterprise BI vision and roadmap
Establish KPIs and analytics standards
Partner with executive leaders to translate business priorities into scalable data and BI solutions
Architect, maintain, and improve data pipelines feeding Domo
Ensure data quality, lineage, and uptime for critical reporting and analytics workflows
Own Domo development standards and dashboard lifecycle management
Improve and rationalize the current dashboard suite
Identify and deploy AI-driven BI opportunities leveraging Domo AI capabilities
Lead, mentor, and grow the BI function
Implement data governance policies
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field strongly preferred
8–12+ years in BI/analytics/data roles with progressive leadership, director-level experience required
Hands-on experience with Domo (or similar BI platforms)
Strong API integration experience
Experience designing and managing data pipelines and architectures
Deep understanding of data engineering concepts and advanced SQL
Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Remote-first, willingness to travel ~4 times per year, attendance at two Domo conferences annually
