Responsibilities

Manage and oversee licensing operations and reconciliation processes for air transactions
Ensure compliance with BSP and ARC standards and resolve discrepancies promptly
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate reporting and operational efficiency
Drive initiatives that enhance automation, accuracy, and scalability within reconciliation workflows

Required

Airline industry knowledge with hands-on experience in BSP or ARC processes. Ideally 6+ years, but key transferable skills would be considered
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and reconcile large volumes of data
Ability to coach/mentor peers and support the team manager
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
A smart self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works independently
Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and articulate findings clearly

Preferred

Experience with financial systems and reconciliation tools
Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) and airline settlement processes
Advanced Excel or data analysis skills
