Responsibilities
Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, vanities, flooring, and related finish materials
Interpret and execute design plans, blueprints, and sketches accurately
Frame and build interior structures including window frames and staircases
Install drywall, insulation, and hardwood floors
Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance as needed
Maintain safe, clean work environments following OSHA and company standards
Set up temporary structures or scaffolding as required
Communicate professionally with clients, project managers, and team members
Work independently or collaboratively depending on project needs
Use construction tools and materials safely and effectively
Qualification
Required
Experience in carpentry, finish work, or cabinetry installation
Skilled in measurement, layout, and carpentry techniques
Familiarity with construction tools and materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Exeter-based job sites
Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background and drug screenings
