Responsibilities

Lead commercial and hospitality interior projects through all phases, from early design studies through construction administration

Take a hands-on leadership role in project management, coordination, and production

Develop and refine design concepts that balance creativity, functionality, and technical excellence

Produce and oversee high-quality construction documentation, with a strong emphasis on Revit workflows

Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and client teams to ensure seamless project execution

Maintain design intent while managing schedules, deliverables, and project complexity

Ensure Revit models are accurate, efficient, and aligned with studio standards and best practices

Apply a strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and interior systems

Navigate applicable local building codes and regulatory requirements

Contribute to a collaborative studio culture through clear communication and mentorship
