They are seeking an experienced Account Manager who will own, manage, and grow client relationships while partnering closely with a dedicated recruiter for search delivery.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Conduct intake meetings, discovery calls, and ongoing strategy discussions

Act as a trusted advisor on hiring needs, timelines, and market conditions

Grow existing accounts through relationship development and repeat business

Identify opportunities to expand searches across departments, locations, or role types

Ensure clear expectations between clients and recruiting delivery teams

Partner closely with a dedicated Vector Search recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and candidate delivery

Communicate client feedback, priorities, and changes in hiring needs

Support the recruiter with accurate intake information and timely client communication

Manage client communication throughout the search lifecycle

Provide updates, feedback, and guidance to ensure a positive client experience

Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all interactions
