Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and experience with Financial Statements and Financial Audits
Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles, practices, and standards
Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify trends, discrepancies, and offer process improvements
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience working with not-for-profit or governmental organizations is required
