GTM Associate – Lead Sourcing & Outbound

Talk24 is an AI-powered legal intake system designed to assist law firms in capturing and qualifying leads around the clock. They are seeking a GTM Associate to take ownership of their go-to-market strategy, focusing on sourcing high-quality prospects and enhancing their LinkedIn presence.

Responsibilities

Researching and sourcing high-quality prospects (PI partners, firm owners, marketing and intake leaders)
Building and maintaining clean, targeted lead lists
Supporting LinkedIn growth: connection strategy, engagement workflows, and network expansion
Managing connection and outreach pipelines (non-spammy, human, personalized)
Tracking responses, acceptance rates, and conversations
Helping design and improve our outbound and sourcing systems
Running weekly GTM experiments and iterating based on results

Required

You are a fast learner who picks up new tools and domains quickly
You think from first principles and enjoy building systems, not just executing tasks
You have demonstrated exceptional ability in at least one area (sales, ops, recruiting, growth, analytics, research, engineering, etc.)
You are organized, reliable, and comfortable owning workflows end-to-end
You write clearly and professionally
You are comfortable being measured by outcomes

Preferred

Experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, CRM or sales tooling
Experience in startups, agencies, or B2B environments
Experience sourcing leads, candidates, or partnerships
