Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple engineering teams (10+ engineers) delivering high-impact software and data platforms
Define and evolve technical architecture and engineering standards for Java applications, APIs, data pipelines, and AWS-based solutions
Partner with senior stakeholders to align engineering execution with business strategy and roadmap priorities
Drive large-scale cloud and data initiatives, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence
Establish engineering best practices around security, performance, CI/CD, and observability
Qualification
Required
9+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in engineering management
9+ years of deep expertise in professional Java development
4+ years demonstrated experience with AWS, and data engineering concepts
Proven experience scaling teams, systems, and delivery processes
Strong executive communication skills and experience influencing at senior leadership levels
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
This role is an on-site role in NYC, NY
