InternJAKTOOL is accepting applications for Engineering Interns to support hands-on work across design engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and/or sourcing. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining real-world experience contributing to product development and production support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Assist with CAD design work, concept development, and design reviews
Support prototype fabrication, testing, and evaluation
Help maintain product documentation (drawings, specs, assembly instructions)
Participate in quality inspections using precision measurement tools
Contribute to research on materials, processes, and industry trends
Work hands-on in the machine shop and production area, supporting prototype builds and manufacturing activities (e.g., assisting with manual/CNC machining workflows, setups, and preventative maintenance/calibration of equipment)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and quality control
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a team-based environment
Motivation to learn and take initiative
Preferred
CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
Machine tools (mills, lathes, grinders, CNC)
Measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, optical comparators)
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and GD&T
