Sales Manager
Gui Tea is the largest matcha manufacturer and exporter in China, producing a wide range of matcha-based ingredients. They are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive growth across North America, focusing on commercial environments suitable for fully automatic beverage machines and building long-term partnerships with clients.

Responsibilities
Lead business development across the United States and North America, focusing on commercial environments suitable for fully automatic beverage machines. These include coffee and beverage chains, fast food chains, convenience retail, hotels and office service (OCS). Build and expand the enterprise client network across the US, Canada and Mexico
Promote and wholesale the full range of Gui Tea products while driving the sales of commercial/fully automatic beverage equipment, offering solutions tailored to customer needs
As the first dedicated automatic beverage machine sales member in North America, develop sales plans and budgets; build and manage the local sales team as business grows
Collaborate with the R&D and equipment supply chain teams in China to develop product and solution offerings that integrate ingredients with equipment (e.g., “matcha + automatic beverage machine” or bundled solutions)
Develop key accounts — including beverage chains, OCS providers, fast food chains, hotels and equipment distributors — through regular visits, relationship management, contract handling and after-sales support to ensure long-term cooperation
Handle import/export-related operational tasks when necessary
Represent the company at equipment and F&B trade shows, business negotiations and major project collaborations
Prepare regular market development reports and provide monthly performance updates to the Vice President responsible for overseas markets
Develop and execute business and market strategies, identify growth opportunities and achieve sustainable sales expansion
Qualification
Required
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG or wholesale industries with direct B2B sales experience in commercial or fully automatic coffee/beverage machines; minimum 3 years of equipment sales experience
Strong understanding of equipment specifications, operating principles, common troubleshooting and maintenance processes; able to work effectively with technical teams/service providers and support after-sales system development
Proven track record in B2B business development, channel expansion and key account management (coffee chains, OCS providers, hotels, fast food chains)
Strong commercial mindset, goal-oriented, able to perform well under pressure; willing to travel frequently
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Preferred
Existing resources or channels with equipment distributors, contractors, OCS providers or fast food chain clients is preferred
Experience with matcha, coffee ingredients, milk tea ingredients or other food/beverage ingredient suppliers, supporting “ingredients + equipment” bundled sales
Experience in equipment leasing, service contracts or distributor network development
Familiarity with import/export, customs procedures or cross-border equipment logistics
Existing customer resources in North America (coffee chains, fast food chains, OCS providers or hotel groups)
