They are seeking a highly experienced Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory management, ensure accuracy and efficiency, and lead the inventory control team while collaborating cross-functionally to maintain optimal stock levels across their supply chain.

Retail

Responsibilities

Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and maximize ROI
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment cycles across warehouse, retail locations, and online platforms
Lead periodic and annual physical inventory counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and logistics teams to forecast demand and consistently meet the needs of the business
Supervise, coach, and develop a team of inventory associates
Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations, identifying development opportunities
Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
Lead training sessions on inventory systems and best practices
Work closely with Operations, Finance, Merchandising, and Retail teams to align inventory strategy with overall business objectives
Act as a key point of contact for system integrations and inventory-related initiatives

Required

5+ years of inventory management experience, preferably in the fashion or retail sector
Proven leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing teams

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
