Responsibilities
Lead and develop Managers across the region, ensuring clear strategy, strong performance, and consistent service delivery
Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and continuous development of team members
Build and maintain strong client relationships, including C-suite engagement
Drive account growth, service quality, and SLA compliance
Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovative solutions, and expanded services
Own financial and operational performance, including KPIs, profitability, compliance, budgeting, and business reviews
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional client, candidate, and associate experiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of leadership experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or similar service environments
Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and large onsite portfolios
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; extensive travel required
