Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain schedules and quality standards
Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company protocols
Complete daily reporting, schedule updates, and progress tracking
Identify and resolve construction issues in coordination with project management
Communicate project status with internal teams and external partners
Verify work aligns with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements
Qualification
Required
Commercial construction experience (5+ years preferred)
Experience supervising field crews or subcontractors
Ability to interpret construction drawings and project plans
Strong organizational and communication skills related to project execution
Ability to manage time and multiple priorities in a field environment
No formal degree required; relevant field experience accepted
Ability to perform job duties with reasonable accommodations where applicable
