Maintaining compliance with industry regulations
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in mortgage lending and a thorough understanding of the mortgage industry
Experience in working as a Loan Officer and expertise in underwriting
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate financial obstacles encountered by clients
Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the mortgage sector is a plus
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant certifications or coursework in mortgage lending or underwriting
