Qualification
Required
minimum of three years of sales experience
three years of fine jewelry experience
strong understanding of diamonds, gemstones, and luxury timepieces
Strong communication and customer service skills
ability to meet sales goals
maintain a professional, polished presence
comfortable working with multiple computer systems and retail software, including POS, inventory management, and CRM platforms
Prior experience in luxury retail
Preferred
GIA knowledge
additional certifications or formal training in jewelry or sales
