Sales Account Manager

Nolato Silikonteknik AB is a world-leading developer and manufacturer of advanced materials for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) shielding and Thermal Interface Materials (TIM). They are seeking a motivated Junior Sales professional to support their sales and business development activities in the US, working closely with experienced sales and product management teams.

Responsibilities

Support Sales Activities: Assist senior sales colleagues in managing customer accounts and sales opportunities
Learn Customer Needs: Help understand customer applications and requirements within EMC and thermal management
Business Development Support: Identify potential new customers, applications, and market opportunities
Technical Learning: Work closely with Product Management and R&D to build a strong understanding of Nolato’s materials and solutions
Sales Process Participation: Support quotation preparation, follow-ups, and coordination throughout the sales cycle
Market Awareness: Help collect and analyze information on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
Cross-functional Collaboration: Cooperate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
Reporting & CRM: Maintain sales data, customer information, and basic reporting under guidance from senior colleagues

Required

You are early in your career, a recent graduate, or a career starter with an interest in technical B2B sales
You are curious about technology and motivated to learn about EMC shielding and thermal materials (prior experience is not required)
You have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues
You are structured, proactive, and willing to take initiative while learning from others
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
You are comfortable working independently from a home office while being part of an international team
You are willing to travel up to 50% for customer visits and internal meetings

Preferred

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
