They are seeking an entrepreneurial Head of Growth to own revenue growth and customer acquisition, starting as a part-time, contract-based position with potential for full-time leadership and equity participation.

Responsibilities
Source, pitch, and close agricultural biological companies onto AgList
Own outbound strategy (email, LinkedIn, referrals, events)
Develop a repeatable sales motion (ICP, pricing, objections, close process)
Hit monthly new-logo and ARR targets
Collaborate on go-to-market messaging and positioning
Test acquisition channels (founder-led sales → scalable motion)
Inform content, case studies, and proof points from customer conversations
Help shape pricing, packaging, and upgrade paths
Act as the 'voice of the customer' to founders
Provide feedback on product roadmap and differentiation
Help define what makes AgList indispensable to biological companies
New companies onboarded per month
New ARR and expansion revenue
Conversion rate from demo → paid
Sales cycle length
Contribution to pipeline quality and GTM clarity
Qualification
Required
5+ years in ag marketing, ag sales, agtech, or biologicals
Existing relationships with biological companies a huge plus
Builder mindset—not waiting for perfect materials or processes
Comfortable with part-time → full-time model and timeline
