Responsibilities
Interpret project plans and specifications to ensure construction accuracy
Assist with submittal review and management
Generate purchase orders and track material deliveries
Support project scheduling and subcontractor coordination
Prepare daily field reports for leadership review
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and client requirements
Provide general support to Project Managers and Superintendents
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship required (federal project access)
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and team-oriented mindset
Ability to pass state & federal background checks
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
1+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
Civil Engineer license or active pursuit of licensure
