Responsibilities
Perform AP/AR Bookkeeping functions
Provide services required by Client companies utilizing a variety of hired Truck and Trailer combinations: Van, Flatbed, Reefer, Intermodal, Specialized and O.D
Interact with customers and maintain attention to detail
Learn the entire decision making process through training
Qualification
Required
Ability to learn and multitask in a complex B to B logistics environment
Good math skills
Geography knowledge
Basic economics knowledge
Well versed in QuickBooks
Well versed in MS Excel
Well versed in MS Word
Well versed in Google Sheets
Well versed in Google Docs
Good general computer literacy
Education or work history that requires attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills
Experience in one or more of the following environments: Ocean Import or Export, Drayage, Airfreight Forwarding, Logistics
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Preferred
4 year University degree (BS in Business or Logistics)
Less than a 20 minute commute to Griffin GA
