This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems and performing siding installations while ensuring compliance with building codes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using shingles, metal, tile, and other materials
Perform siding installation and repairs (vinyl, wood, fiber cement)
Complete trim carpentry and caulking to ensure weatherproof and finished results
Read and interpret blueprints and construction schematics
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction
Travel to multiple project sites as required
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing, siding, and general construction
Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurability requirements
Proficiency with hand and power tools used in roofing and siding work
Experience with trim carpentry and construction drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to properly plumb and align structures during installation
Preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
