Billing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
Ocmulgee Concrete Services, Inc. is seeking a Billing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant who will excel in a fast-paced environment. The role involves preparing client invoices, monitoring accounts receivable, and supporting job costing while managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Prepare and issue client invoices; maintain billing records and resolve discrepancies
Monitor A/R accounts and follow up on overdue payments as needed
Enter, code, and process A/P invoices; ensure timely payment and accurate documentation
Support job costing by tracking labor, materials, and other project-related expenses
Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects as required
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience using QuickBooks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and improve efficiency
Ability to maintain accuracy while working under deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
High school or equivalent
QuickBooks: 2 years
Ability to Commute: Raleigh, NC 27617
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Accounts Receivable: 2 years
