Responsibilities
Lead and supervise residential solar installation crews
Interpret and execute electrical plans and one-line diagrams
Ensure all installations comply with NEC code and AHJ requirements
Perform service upgrades and main panel changes, with accommodations provided as needed
Install and configure Enphase, Tesla, and SolarEdge systems
Troubleshoot system issues, performing hands-on work as required
Maintain safety compliance and enforce PPE/protocols
Train, coach, and mentor installers
Communicate effectively with project managers and leadership
Document work performed and ensure completion standards are met
Qualification
Required
5+ years residential solar installation experience, including 2–3+ years as a foreman
Proven leadership skills managing crews
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and site plans
Hands-on experience with solar systems and service upgrades; reasonable accommodations provided
Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
Must be legally authorized to work in the US
