Responsibilities
Perform accurate measurements of existing residential windows for replacement projects (not new construction)
Submit completed measure sheets to the office team for ordering and scheduling
Travel to customer homes within NJ and PA to conduct on-site measurements
Coordinate with office and installation teams to ensure measurement accuracy and installation efficiency
Maintain organized, detailed records of each project
Represent the company professionally during customer visits
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience measuring replacement windows in high-volume residential environments
Strong knowledge of replacement window systems, including frame types, sills, and wall construction variations
Ability to adjust measurements based on field conditions
High attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable time management and work ethic
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to complete a hands-on skills evaluation (measuring at least 3 projects)
Strong communication and organizational skills; potential for promotion to Project Manager within the window division
