Talent Bridge is representing ODonnell & Son Heating and Cooling Inc, which is looking for a skilled HVAC Install Technician to join their Field Operations team. The role involves installing a wide variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems and requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional ready to grow in a dynamic, tech-forward company.

Responsibilities

Perform HVAC system installations in residential and light commercial settings
Install ductwork, hydronics, mini-splits, traditional splits, VRF systems, and rooftop units
Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely, high-quality work
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Operate tools, equipment, and technology efficiently
Follow company safety procedures and local HVAC codes

Required

3+ years of HVAC installation experience
Proficiency in residential and light commercial systems
Experience with hydronics, ductwork, VRF, rooftop units, and split systems
Strong work ethic, quality focus, and customer-service orientation
Leadership skills and ability to work independently
Valid driver's license

Preferred

High school diploma or GED
Sheet metal, plumbing, or refrigeration licenses/certifications
