Responsibilities
Own a new-business quota of at least $1.5M in annual closed revenue
Build and manage a personal book of business using CRM (HubSpot)
Sell a combined software-and-talent offering
Drive outbound and self-generated pipeline
Run the full sales cycle
Collaborate with the founder/CEO and COO on account strategy and pricing
Serve as a visible commercial face at industry events
Qualification
Required
8–15+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in health tech, life sciences, medical devices, healthcare services, or closely related sectors
Experience selling services in addition to software or platforms
Proven track record of owning a personal quota of at least $1-2M annually
Existing, leverageable network of decision-makers and influencers in relevant industries
"Lone wolf" or challenger-style hunter: bias to action, comfortable with ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to sell complex, multi-part offerings
Startup-ready: experience in small, pivot-prone companies
